~ Bloomington, IN- The City of Bloomington has announced that residential parking permits for the 2024-2025 period are now available for purchase online. As per the press release, residents living in Neighborhood Parking Zones 1-6 and 9-11 can submit their applications through the website bloomington.t2hosted.com.
To assist residents in identifying which areas require a neighborhood parking permit for on-street parking, a map is available at bton.in/resip. The online application process requires applicants to provide various documents such as current vehicle registration, driver's license, property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or disability license plate information.

Indiana University students residing in Greek houses and at Collins Living-Learning Center will need to submit additional documentation. Detailed instructions on how to use the online portal can be found at bton.in/~rPkE. For any further inquiries, residents can contact Parking Services at customer.service@bloomington.in.gov or 812-349-3436.
It is important to note that all applications for the 2024-2025 permits must be completed online and permits will be mailed to residents. In-person permit sales will not be available. Don't miss out on securing your residential parking permit for the upcoming year!
