~ Residents of Bloomington can now purchase their 2026-2027 residential parking permits online, according to a recent press release from the City. The permits are available for those living in Neighborhood Parking Zones 1-6 & 9-11 and can be obtained through the online portal at bloomington.t2hosted.com.
To determine if a neighborhood parking permit is required for on-street parking, residents can refer to a map available at bton.in/resip. The application process requires several documents, including current vehicle registration(s), driver's license, property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or license plate information. Students of Indiana University residing in Greek houses or at Collins Living-Learning Center will need to provide additional documentation.
