~ Bloomington, IN- The City of Bloomington has announced that residential parking permits for the 2025-2026 period are now available for purchase online. As per the press release, residents living in Neighborhood Parking Zones 1-6 and 9-11 can submit their applications at bloomington.t2hosted.com.
To assist residents in identifying where a neighborhood parking permit is required for on-street parking, a map is available at bton.in/resip. The online application process requires applicants to provide current vehicle registration(s), driver's license, current property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or disability license plate information. Students of Indiana University residing in Greek houses and at Collins Living-Learning Center will need to submit additional documentation.

For detailed instructions on how to use the online portal, interested individuals can visit bton.in/~rPkE. In case of any queries or concerns, they can contact Parking Services at customer.service@bloomington.in.gov or 812-349-3436.
It is important to note that all applications for the 2025-2026 permits will be completed online and permits will be mailed to residents. In-person permit sales will not be available. Residents are encouraged to apply for their permits as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
