November 15, 2024 ~ The City of South Bend has announced that they will be starting a second round of leaf pickup on Tuesday, November 26. This will be the final opportunity for residents to have their leaves collected by city crews. The pickup will take place street by street in various neighborhoods throughout the city.
According to the City's real-time Leaf Pickup Tracker, which can be accessed at southbendin.gov/leafpickup, residents can expect their leaves to be picked up on the anticipated dates for the second round. It is important to note that residents do not need to call and request a pickup as it will automatically be done by city crews.

However, the schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather conditions such as snowfall or extreme temperatures. To stay updated on any changes, residents are advised to regularly check southbendin.gov/leafpickup for the most current schedule.
