VIENNA, Va., May 8, 2025 ~ Indianapolis, May 7, 2025 - SourceAmerica®, a leading AbilityOne® authorized enterprise, held its annual Xforce Conference where it announced the winners of its national 2025 Achievement Awards. These awards recognize exceptional work ethic, success and leadership in advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the workforce.

At a time when more than 70 million U.S. adults report having a disability, the unemployment rate for working-age individuals with disabilities is at a staggering 8.1%, which is more than double the national unemployment rate of 3.9% for those without disabilities. In light of this, SourceAmerica's Achievement Awards serve as an important reminder of the crucial role that disability employment plays in strengthening America's workforce.

Richard Belden, President and CEO of SourceAmerica, emphasized the organization's commitment to connecting individuals with disabilities to meaningful employment opportunities with competitive pay and advancement prospects. He stated, "Each award serves as a testament to how the AbilityOne Program delivers proven, cost-effective solutions that connect those with disabilities to meaningful employment."
