Ross to the Board of Directors of the nation's leading provider of transformative learning experiences for PreK-12 students across the U.S. Ross' position as an Independent Director to the board is effective immediately.

Ross is the CEO and Founder of HumanKind HR located in Dallas, Texas. The female-owned company provides executive recruiting, people strategies, and tools for businesses to create high-performing, innovative, and sustainable cultures. Ross has over 20 years of experience in executive recruiting, human resources, and legal fields. She has an extensive background in building programs that align an organization's business strategy with its people strategy. She also has a deep understanding of leadership development and designing company cultures based on purpose.
