After being under contract in 2024, two properties adjoining the Historic Rosario Resort on the Orcas Island become available to the market again.
ORCAS ISLAND, Wash. - IndianaStop -- Four Island Holdings LLC and Rosario Signal LLC are advancing plans to bring to market two prime waterfront properties on Cascade Bay in East Sound (totaling over 13 total acres) adjoining the historic Rosario Resort on Orcas Island, WA.
