INDIANAPOLIS, July 14, 2025 ~ Netrality Data Centers, the largest privately-held owner and operator of core interconnection facilities in the U.S., has recently announced the completion of a high-density data hall expansion at their Indy Telcom Center campus. This expansion is part of Netrality's ongoing efforts to upgrade their infrastructure and solidify their position as a critical colocation and connectivity hub in the Midwest.
The newly commissioned data hall spans 3,800 square feet and delivers 1 MW of critical capacity. It is specifically designed to support high-density server deployments of up to 30kW per cabinet. One of the key features of this data center is the award-winning Delta Cube3 cooling technology, which captures and removes heat directly at its source. This technology significantly enhances cooling efficiency and optimizes power utilization, making it an ideal choice for high-density IT environments.
In addition to its efficiency benefits, Delta Cube3 also reduces environmental impact by utilizing a zero-water waste, closed-loop system. This aligns with Netrality's commitment to sustainability and responsible growth. The company recently secured a $380 million sustainability-linked loan, which will be used to fund advanced infrastructural upgrades and buildouts that meet critical power utilization targets.
