CHICAGO, July 14, 2025 ~ Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill, a popular fast-casual restaurant chain, has announced that its CEO Greg Willman will be retiring from his executive role. The news was shared by the company in a press release today.

Willman, who joined Naf Naf in 2019 as the brand's first franchisee, has been instrumental in bringing the Middle Eastern concept to Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana. He was later appointed as CEO and also served as the Board Chair.

During his tenure at Naf Naf, Willman has led the company to consistent growth and national recognition. In 2021, 2024, and 2025, the brand was featured on Fast Casual Magazine's "Movers and Shakers" list, securing the #39 spot on the most recent list. In addition, Willman himself was honored on Nation's Restaurant News' Power List of Most Influential CEOs in 2022. Most recently, Naf Naf earned a spot on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.

In his statement regarding his retirement, Willman expressed his enjoyment of working at Naf Naf and his excitement for the brand's future. He also mentioned that he will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity over the next two months before transitioning into a role as a board member and investor.

Taking over as interim CEO is Grady Metoyer, who currently serves as CFO of Naf Naf Holdings LLC. Metoyer brings over 25 years of executive level experience in finance and operations within the food and beverage industry to his new role. Prior to joining Naf Naf, he held positions such as Vice President of Finance for Sysco and Executive Vice President of SYGMA.

In his statement about being named interim CEO, Metoyer expressed his gratitude for being given this opportunity and looks forward to working with Willman and the rest of the team to ensure a smooth transition and continued success for the brand.
