WHITELAND, Ind., Jan. 18, 2024 ~ Journalist: Mohr Capital, a leading real estate investment firm, has recently announced the signing of its fifth major lease at Mohr Logistics Park. The Class A industrial park has secured a deal with global logistics company DHL, marking their second lease agreement within the park.
The latest lease is for 130,200 square feet in Building 4A of Mohr Logistics Park. This adds to DHL's previous 543K SF lease in another building within the park. The negotiations were facilitated by Mark Writt from CBRE representing Mohr and Jimmy Cohoat from Colliers International representing DHL.
DHL joins other third-party logistics companies such as NFI and Turn 14 in leasing space at Mohr Logistics Park. With its international and domestic courier and shipping services, DHL is a valuable addition to the park's tenant roster.
