She is highly regarded for her deep understanding of R&D credit regulations and her precision in calculating and documenting credits. As Executive Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at Meritum Consulting, Adrienne will oversee client engagement and the overall production process for R&D tax credit claims. Kirk Chen, founder of Meritum Consulting, has an extensive background as both an engineer and as an attorney. Throughout his engineering career, he has worked in oil & gas, product development, start-up software development, and the semiconductor industries. As an attorney, his background includes general business, transactional law, immigration, and tax consulting. Kirk serves as Meritum's President and Assistant General Counsel. As a consultant, Kirk has worked with both Craig and Adrienne on numerous R&D projects throughout the years and could not be more excited to have this talented team in place.
