During the transition period, GHW will continue to operate under its existing brand. However, customers may start seeing LRS-branded containers and equipment in the area. Despite this change, the local GHW team, leadership, and service model will remain intact. LRS is committed to ensuring continuity while providing additional resources and long-term growth opportunities for the team.

Speaking on behalf of GHW partners Jim Gamage, Troy Hintze, and himself, Kevin Walbridge expressed enthusiasm about joining forces with LRS. He stated that this partnership would bring added resources and capabilities for their customers and employees while preserving the values and service standards that have defined GHW.

This acquisition aligns with LRS's broader strategic plan to expand its presence in key Midwest markets and diversify its service offerings. Indianapolis is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the region with strong economic indicators and increasing infrastructure investment.

Throughout the integration process, LRS will prioritize service continuity, operational safety, and employee opportunities. The entire GHW team including drivers, supervisors, and support staff will remain in place under LRS ownership.
