~ Bloomington, IN- The City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) and the Waste Reduction District of Monroe County (WRD) have announced a free workshop for residents to learn practical ways to reduce waste, conserve water, and properly manage household hazardous materials while also saving money on utility bills. The workshop will take place on March 1, 2025 from 9 a.m. to noon at the S Walnut Recycling Center's Education room in the Administration building.
