Building on Volume I published in 2017, this new collection continues the vital mission of correcting false negative portrayals of Latinos in America and amplifying their significant contributions to the nation's progress. "The president had faith in me because of who I am, not in spite of it," shares U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel A. Cardona in the collection.
