Indianapolis ~ Ice Miller, a leading law firm based in Indianapolis, has announced the election of Josh Christie as its next Chief Managing Partner. The decision was made by the firm's partnership and will be effective from January 1, 2026. Christie, who is currently a partner at Ice Miller's Indianapolis office, has been a part of the firm's Business Practice Group since 2006 and also serves on its Board of Directors.
Christie will be taking over from Michael Millikan, who has served as the Chief Managing Partner for the past four years. Under Millikan's leadership, Ice Miller has experienced significant growth in terms of revenue and expansion into new locations such as Baltimore, Miami, Milwaukee, Cleveland, and Naples, Florida. He also oversaw the deal that will relocate the firm's flagship Indianapolis office to a newly constructed building in the city's thriving Bottleworks District later this decade.
