West Lafayette, Indiana REALTOR® earns advanced designation reflecting industry expertise, ongoing education, and a strong commitment to client service.
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - IndianaStop -- An Indiana Association of REALTORS® member was recently awarded the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
The Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS® member who completed the curriculum required to achieve this highly acclaimed designation is John W. Wilson of West Lafayette, Indiana. He joins other top producers in the residential real estate industry across the nation who hold the GRI designation.
Wilson earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation by completing a minimum of 60 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction.
In addition, he gained a strong foundation in brokerage fundamentals and other areas of real estate specialization. Through this designation and increased awareness of current topics important to real estate professionals, such as legal issues, REALTORS® with the GRI designation are better equipped to serve prospective clients and customers.
