New leaders bring diverse experience in ministry, healthcare, and community service to support Hope's growing mission.
AVON, Ind. - IndianaStop -- Hope Healthcare Services is pleased to announce the addition of three distinguished leaders to its Board of Directors: Deborah Stark Mitchell, Anne Engelhardt, and Michael Ober. Their diverse backgrounds and shared passion for community service will strengthen Hope's mission to provide hope, help, and healing through affordable healthcare for the uninsured.
Deborah Stark Mitchell brings a unique blend of ministry and corporate experience to the board. She has served in leadership roles across the Presbyterian Church and previously directed Presbyterian Urban Ministries in San Diego. Deborah holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and has extensive experience in church transition, fundraising, and nonprofit strategy.
Anne Engelhardt is a respected community advocate with a background in healthcare administration and volunteer leadership. Her commitment to service and strong organizational skills have made her an asset to various civic and faith-based initiatives throughout Hendricks County. Anne's insight and energy will help further engage the community in Hope's mission.

Michael Ober is a seasoned healthcare executive with a heart for underserved populations. With experience in both operations and strategic planning, Michael has led numerous initiatives to improve access and quality of care. His leadership in healthcare systems and nonprofits will help guide Hope's continued growth and sustainability.
