AVON, Ind. - IndianaStop -- Hope Healthcare Services is grateful to announce it has been selected as a 2026 LCC-DFC grant awardee through the Hendricks County Health Partnership (HCHP) in support of Wraparound Recovery Support at Hope.
This funding will help Hope reduce barriers to care for neighbors without insurance by subsidizing counseling visits and producing outreach materials that strengthen connections to services—especially for individuals and families navigating addiction recovery and suicide-related mental health needs.
