LANESVILLE, Ind. - IndianaStop -- Healthcare Staffing Plus, is a woman-owned US-based national per diem, local contract, travel, permanent direct hire, and locum tenens agency. Founded by a passionate individual who experienced firsthand the importance of quality healthcare, this agency aims to provide top-notch staffing solutions to healthcare facilities across the country.

The founder of Healthcare Staffing Plus, Jeri Lyskowinski, who works as a Solo Independent Healthcare Recruiter.  Her mother had numerous medical issues for 20 years and she started this agency in July of 2022 with the sole purpose of taking care of her since it is much easier to do in having your own business rather than working for an employer. Unfortunately, two months later, she found her mother unresponsive suffering a stroke and heart attack and she died two days later.

She left the healthcare staffing and recruiting industry in January 2018 due to burnout after working in it for 16 years.  Being 52 years old when everything happened with her mother and losing her job with a medical device startup in the spring of 2022, she was finding that the job market is not kind to the older generation.  After not finding anything suitable, Healthcare Staffing Plus was founded.

After it being an emotional time after her mother's death, she took the majority of the remainder of 2022 and 2023 leaving her to contemplate whether to continue with the agency or seek employment elsewhere.

Determined to honor her mother's legacy and provide quality healthcare services, Healthcare Staffing Plus has set up a crowdfunding campaign. This campaign aims to raise funds to support the agency's operations and expand its reach to more healthcare facilities in need of reliable staffing solutions. With the support of the community, Healthcare Staffing Plus hopes to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry and provide job opportunities for healthcare professionals across the United States.
