~ Fishers, IN - The City of Fishers has recently announced the recipients of its 2025 Neighborhood Vibrancy Grant Program, awarding a total of $422,582 to 23 local neighborhoods. This program, which has been in place for the last 25 years, aims to enhance the vibrancy of Fishers' neighborhoods by investing in community projects and capital improvements.
The Neighborhood Vibrancy Grant program provides funding for creative and innovative infrastructure projects that contribute to the overall vibrancy of the city's neighborhoods. This year's grant recipients include a diverse range of projects such as environmental fostering, modernization efforts, and more.
Among the recipients are Archer Estates, who received $17,329.04 to improve landscaping at their neighborhood entrance. Ashwood was awarded $14,750 to replace 21 dead trees that were removed last year. Bridger Pines + Bridger Pines West received $15,108.86 to install pollinator gardens and replace dead plants and trees.
Other notable recipients include Britton Falls with a grant of $24,000 to replace two landscaping beds at their neighborhood entrance and install a monument sign. Burberry Place was awarded $25,000 to install new courts for tennis and pickleball while Delaware Pointe received $25,000 to improve sidewalks along Delaware Parkway and upgrade their playground to be ADA accessible.

Gray Eagle will use their grant of $3,791.52 to replace basketball hoops and backboards while Hickory Woods plans on installing a new retention pond and landscaping at their neighborhood entrances with their grant of $20,119.
The City also awarded grants for beautification projects such as New Britton Woods' plan to beautify their neighborhood entrance and exit with a grant of $12,676.26. Pine Bluff Overlook will use their grant of $23,880 for pond improvements while Quaker Ridge plans on replacing the fence surrounding their neighborhood entrance with their grant of $23,000.
Other recipients include River Glenn, Royalwood, Sand Creek Woods, Saxony, Silverton, Stevenson Mill, Sumerlin Trails, Sweet Briar, Timberstone Villas, and Windjammer Bay. Each neighborhood has been awarded grants ranging from $7,849 to $25,000 for various projects such as enhancing landscapes and installing new lighting.
