~ BW Development, the development arm of Build BW, has officially broken ground on its latest project in Fishers. The project is located within The Crossing at Fishers District, just steps away from the Fishers Event Center. This groundbreaking marks a significant step in the ongoing transformation of Fishers.
At the ceremony, BW Development announced a new partnership with Jeremiah Hamman, owner of Prime 47 Carmel. Together, they will open an upscale steakhouse as the anchor tenant of this project. This collaboration is expected to bring a new level of sophistication and dining experience to the area.
Mayor Scott Fadness expressed his excitement about this development and its potential impact on the city. He stated, "Build BW's investment is a key milestone in Fishers' ongoing transformation. The restaurant and retail offerings coming to The Crossing will help shape the experience around the Fishers Event Center, creating year-round energy and amenities for our residents, visitors, and event-goers."
This $30 million investment by BW Development will deliver over 33,000 square feet of leasable restaurant space. This will not only fuel continued momentum and economic growth but also provide expanded dining and entertainment options at Fishers District and the popular Fishers Event Center.

According to sources close to the project, additional tenant agreements are nearly complete with more announcements on the way. With new restaurants and entertainment concepts already committed, The Crossing at Fishers District is emerging as one of Indianapolis Metro's most dynamic and walkable entertainment destinations.
