~ Mayor Kerry Thomson is continuing her efforts to make government more accessible to residents by hosting her next Traveling Office Hours session on Wednesday, Aug. 14. The event will take place from 2-4 p.m. at Starbucks Westside, located at 2105 Liberty Drive.
This initiative is part of the city's ongoing goal to ensure that all residents have the opportunity to engage directly with Mayor Thomson in a personal and relaxed environment. The Traveling Office Hours are held every other month by district, giving residents the chance to ask questions and learn more about city projects and services.

In order to attend the event, interested residents must register in advance. This can be done by visiting calendar.app.google/yLsupSJLWoTLnYEw5 and selecting the August 14 date. From there, attendees can choose a 15-minute time slot and complete a registration form. Registration is also available by calling the Office of the Mayor at 812-349-3406.
Residents who have previously participated in a one-on-one session with Mayor Thomson are asked to waitlist for this event in order to give others the opportunity to meet with her. Don't miss this chance to engage with your local government and voice any questions or concerns you may have.
