~ Bloomington, IN- The City of Bloomington is currently facing intermittent phone connectivity issues at the Utilities Service Center. This problem has been caused by phone service outages with telecom provider AT&T. According to sources, the issue is believed to be a result of a physical infrastructure problem that is currently being assessed.
In response to this situation, the City has taken necessary measures to minimize the impact of the outage. This includes submitting support requests to AT&T. However, there is no definite timeline provided by AT&T for full restoration of services.
