~ Bloomington Mayor Kerry Thomson is set to host two public engagement events next week, providing an opportunity for residents to connect with City leadership and voice their opinions on city projects. The events will take place on Monday, December 9 and Tuesday, December 10.
The first event, an Annexation Listening Session, will be held on Monday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Monroe County Public Library-Southwest Branch. Mayor Thomson will be joined by Margie Rice, Corporation Counsel for the City of Bloomington, to discuss the annexation process and its impact on the city's future. This session will also address resident feedback and provide a platform for open discussion.
