Bloomington: Green Acres Neighborhood to Be Considered for Local Conservation District Status

Trending...
~ The Bloomington Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) is set to convene on Monday, Aug. 12 at 5 p.m. in the Hooker Conference Room at City Hall, room 245. The main agenda item for the meeting will be to review an application for the designation of the Green Acres Neighborhood as a local Conservation District.

If approved by the HPC, the proposal will then be forwarded to the Common Council for further consideration. However, it is ultimately up to the Council to make the final decision on whether or not Green Acres will be designated as a Conservation District.
