INDIANAPOLIS, Aug. 5, 2024 ~ Arrive AI, the company behind the nation's first smart mailbox platform, has recently announced the addition of two prominent leaders to their team. John Gallina, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Elevance Health, and Jim Brainard, former mayor of Carmel, Indiana, have joined Arrive AI in key roles.

Gallina has joined the company's board of directors and will serve as the chair of the Audit Committee. He brings with him a wealth of experience from his time at Elevance Health, where he served as EVP and CFO from 2016 to 2023. He continued to work as a Special Advisor to the CEO until his retirement in early 2024. With nearly 30 years at the company formerly known as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Wellpoint, Gallina held various management and executive positions. Under his leadership, Elevance Health reached No. 20 on the Fortune 500 list with a market cap of $123 billion, making it the largest health insurance company in the U.S. based on membership.

Arrive AI's smart mailbox platform has potential applications in healthcare organizations such as improving safety, reducing contamination risks, and streamlining deliveries on hospital campuses and between medical facilities. "The Arrive AI platform offers tremendous potential for the healthcare industry, and I'm pleased to help expand its reach," said Gallina.

Joining Gallina is Jim Brainard, who served as mayor of Carmel for 28 years. Governing Magazine described him as "maybe the country's most prominent suburban mayor" for his transformative work in Carmel. Under his leadership, the city's population tripled to over 100,000 residents and consistently ranks among the best places to live. Brainard will lead Arrive AI's efforts in developing partnerships with municipal governments.

"Arrive AI has a transformative platform that I think mayors across America will want to see in their communities. I'm looking forward to introducing them to it," said Brainard.

Arrive AI CEO Dan O'Toole expressed his excitement about having Gallina and Brainard join the team, stating, "We are elated to have both of these impressive leaders join our team. As we continue to work toward scaling our products, developing our platform, and entering the public company arena, their insights and connections will be invaluable."

O'Toole also shared his vision for Arrive AI's smart mailboxes to be placed across the U.S. and internationally, with potential ancillary benefits such as aiding emergency responders in locating those in need of assistance. He hopes that support from government leaders will help facilitate the installation of these units in commercial, residential, and multifamily housing areas.

Gallina and Brainard officially began working with Arrive AI on August 1st. With their expertise and leadership, Arrive AI is well-positioned for success as they look to enter the public market via Nasdaq. "As Arrive AI looks to enter the public market via the Nasdaq, continuing to attract world-class leadership is paramount, and we've just achieved that with these two superstars," said O'Toole.
