INDIANAPOLIS, May 8, 2025 ~ The AIM Conference, dedicated to the growth, strategy, and innovation of individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRA), is set to return to Indianapolis from May 21-23. This event brings together national leaders who are shaping the future of employer-sponsored benefits.
Now in its third year, AIM is considered the flagship national event for ICHRA and is hosted by Remodel Health in partnership with Ambetter Health. With ICHRA adoption growing at a rate of 84% among applicable large employers, this conference comes at a crucial time when organizations are rethinking how they offer health benefits.
Attendees can expect to hear from top voices in the health insurance industry, including brokers, carriers, technologists, and benefit administrators. They will also have exclusive access to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during Carb Day on May 23, leading into Indy 500 weekend.

The agenda for the 2025 conference will cover a range of topics that are shaping the future of ICHRA. These include the rise of artificial intelligence in health benefits, what's next for ICHRA according to carriers themselves, winning strategies for quoting and selling ICHRA as a broker, and more.
Speakers at this year's conference represent leading organizations such as Oscar Health, Ambetter Health, HealthSherpa, Marsh McLennan Agency, Remodel Health, Softheon, Renaissance Benefits and more.
According to Austin Lehman, CEO of Remodel Health: "The benefits industry is undergoing a generational shift—and ICHRA is at the center of it. It levels the playing field between smaller employers and large corporations." He further added that AIM was created to connect decision-makers and innovators driving this movement and equip them with ideas and partnerships that will shape what comes next.
The conference will take place at JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis and registration is now open on remodelhealth.com/aim2025. Other sponsors include Renaissance Benefits, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthSherpa, Capital Blue Cross, W3LL, GeoBlue, and UnitedHealthOne. Don't miss out on this opportunity to be a part of the future of employer-sponsored benefits.
